Expert Guidance When It Matters Most

At Advantage Family Law, your case is guided by Christopher Bungay, our senior lawyer with 23 years of experience. It’s never handed off to junior staff, and Christopher is always available to you personally.

If you are seeking legal advice, Advantage Family Law offers a one-hour consultation on divorce or separation with our senior lawyer, Christopher Bungay. This meeting can be held online or in person at our office in Royal Oak. The cost of this one-time consultation is $325 + GST.

During your family law consultation, Christopher will review the background and facts of your relationship and separation. At the end of the meeting, Christopher will provide you with general guidance on your rights, and he will recommend a path forward — whether that involves divorce proceedings, a separation agreement, or spousal and child support negotiations.

After your consultation, if you choose to hire Mr. Bungay as your lawyer, his hourly rate is $425 per hour + GST.
